plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, and structural damages. Additionally, a handyman may perform routine
maintenance tasks like painting, caulking, and installing fixtures to ensure properties remain in optimal
condition.
In the realm of property maintenance, a handyman is often tasked with conducting inspections to identify
potential issues before they escalates into major problems. This proactive approach helps to prevent costly
repairs and ensures the safety and functionality of the property. Furthermore, a handyman may be called upon
